Comprehensive Mental Health Services
Appointments
Initial appointments should be conducted in person. Follow up appointments are available in office or through secure telemedicine.
Becoming a Patient
All patients will be provided an initial comprehensive psychiatric assessment with diagnosis, treatment plan and medication prescribing, if indicated. Services are limited to individuals 18 and up though consideration will be made for teens age 14-18 on a case by case basis. Short term solutions-focused therapy may be offered related to your struggles as an adjunct to medication follow-up.
Diagnoses treated include but are not limited to:
Depression
Anxiety
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Adjustment Disorders
Grief/Prolonged Grief
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
Bipolar disorder
PTSD
Acute Stress Disorder
Please note: As a small private practice, we do not have the capability to manage severe mental illness defined as being permanently on disability due to mental illness.

Collaborative care:
We strongly believe in the importance of collaborative care. At times, it may be preferred to work closely with your existing healthcare providers, therapists, and support networks to ensure seamless coordination and continuity of care.
